Risk of loss transfers to the recipient upon delivery.

6. Insurance

If no insurance is selected, Prime Line Traders' liability is limited as per applicable cargo liability laws.

7. Claims and Complaints

Claims for lost or damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Supporting documents photos, receipts must be submitted with the claim.

Compensation (if any) will follow our claims assessment procedure and terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from cargo delays, loss, or handling errors.

Liability (if any) is limited to the declared value or as set by governing transport regulations.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

False or fraudulent information is provided.

Payment defaults occur.

Illegal or prohibited items are shipped.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, content, and software associated with Prime Line Traders are the exclusive property of the company and protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Telangana. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
